This website belongs to the company ICEL CONTRATISTAS SA DE CV (hereinafter ICEL) and its access and use is subject to acceptance and compliance with the terms and conditions set out below:

6. JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the United States of Mexico. The USER and/or VISITOR agrees that any legal action or procedure between ICEL and them, for any purpose with respect to these Terms and Conditions, will befiled exclusively in the Courts of the City of Chihuahua.
